North Ridge Living’s director John knows Christchurch like the back of his hand and uses his understanding of the city and what makes it tick as the starting point for finding and buying land for North Ridge projects.

John draws on his personal experience as a property developer and the family expertise in architectural design and project management to help identify the hidden gems in terms of new sites and turn them into appealing homes that will stand the test of time.

Mary is the face who greets you when you walk through our door, from running our accounts to managing our workflow, she does it all. However, she’s not only the backbone of the office but she’s also a Lab Scientist. After living in London she went to study at ARA in Christchurch, where she graduated with a Certificate in Science then went on to work in medical laboratories.

We value family here at North Ridge, so being John’s mum she has a great understanding of the business, as she helped build it from the ground up.

Josh has an extensive background in the industry and has been in management for the last decade.

Another Christchurch lad who won't be caught too far away from local motorsport events!

Hugh is the secret sauce behind the design of North Ridge’s developments. He helped pioneer Christchurch’s property development scene, with more than 40 years of residential property experience. He’s also been involved in the design of big commercial projects including the Little High Complex.

His knowledge and experience in property and the needs of our buyers shows through when he designs each development. He considers the buyers’ perspective and how to work with the available land to create the best possible value.

Brendon has bought to the team an extensive level of knowledge of pricing and quotation within the industry.

Brendon can be found playing football or social sports and walking round the local beaches.

Caleb brings a blend of experience in Sales, photography and customer relations to the team and is here to help paint the picture and tell the story of Northridge.

A keen outdoorsman with a special interest in Aviation Caleb can be found flying above the port hills in the easterly winds with the Canterbury Paragliding Club.

Toby is the face of North Ridge Living, he’s a part of all site meetings and works closely with all prospecting clients to ensure they have the best experience with us here.
